What's included

Built for how pharma businesses work

Batch & expiry, first-expiry-first-out

Every medicine carries its batch, expiry and MRP. Sales pick the earliest-expiring batch automatically and split a line across batches when one runs short. An expired batch cannot be sold — send it back with a debit note instead.

PTR, PTS and MRP per batch

Capture the MRP printed on the pack when you buy; PTR and PTS are worked out from it with your margins (or typed in). Pick a batch on a bill and the customer's price — PTR for chemists, PTS for stockists — fills in by itself.

Loose tablets

Set a pack size such as "10 Tab / Strip" and sell by the tablet — on the invoice or at the counter — while stock stays in strips.

Drug licence on every party

Record 20B / 21B licence numbers and validity. A bill to a party whose licence has expired is blocked; a licence register shows what is due for renewal.

Schedule H1, X and narcotics

Bills with scheduled drugs ask for patient, doctor and registration number. The Schedule H1 register and a narcotic / Schedule X stock register — opening, receipts, issues, running balance — come straight from your sales and purchases.

Expiry returns & scheme claims

See near-expiry and expired stock by the supplier who sold it and turn it into a debit note in one step. Track free-quantity and discount schemes, raise claims on principals and book the settlement.

Registers & reports

The reports your trade asks for

  • Schedule H1 register
  • Narcotic / Schedule X register
  • Drug licence register
  • Expiry returns by supplier
  • Batch stock and expiry watch
  • Salt substitute finder
  • Scheme and claims report

Alongside the full set: trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, GST returns, stock summary, outstanding ageing and more — all exportable to Excel and PDF.

Questions from pharma businesses

Can we stop sales of expired medicines?▾
Yes. An expired batch is blocked on sales bills, and the next sellable batch is picked first-expiry-first-out.
Do you support the Schedule H1 register?▾
Yes. Bills with H1, X or narcotic medicines require the patient and prescriber details, and the register is produced from those bills. Check the printed format with your drug inspector.
Can a distributor bill chemists and stockists at different rates?▾
Yes. Mark each customer's price basis (PTR, PTS or MRP); the rate fills from the batch as you bill.
Does this cost extra?▾
No. Every industry pack is included on every plan, including the free plan.
