Works contracts & BOQ
Paste the bill of quantities from a spreadsheet. Once billing starts, extra items go in as variations with their reference, shown separately in the contract value.
Load the BOQ once, bill running-account bills from cumulative measurement, keep retention and advances straight, let out work to subcontractors on the same footing, and see whether site material use matches the work done.

Paste the bill of quantities from a spreadsheet. Once billing starts, extra items go in as variations with their reference, shown separately in the contract value.
Enter the quantity measured to date; each bill charges only what is new. Retention, mobilisation-advance recovery, price escalation and secured advance on materials are worked out, and the invoice is prefilled.
Retention held is tracked per contract and released with a journal when the defect liability period ends.
Let out work under a contract with its own schedule of rates and RA bills, booked as purchase bills with retention payable and TDS under section 194C.
Set material norms per BOQ item and compare what the measured work should have used with what reached the site and what is still there.
Each site gets its own store, so material sent there is tracked from purchase to use.
